August arrived in the US entering in Baltimore. He declared his intent to be a US citizen on 3 -29-1892 saying that he left from Hamburg Germanyon 6-2-1881 on the ship Hohenzallern and arrived in the US on 6-14-1881. He came to Wisconsin on 7-4-1881. He was naturalized on 8-9-1897. Oneday later, he witnessed his father becoming a citizen. His papers were witnessed by Frank Czarkowski ( a glass beveler) who lived at 781Greenbush and Edward Connelly a clerk living at 455 Mineral.

He was a fisherman and also had a saloon on Jones Island.

Ceynowa is located on Hela Peninsula north of the city of Danzig, right on the Baltic Sea in Poland. The village of Ceynowa is now named Chalupy. It is a small poor village with no dominant industry visable. The village does not have a cemetary, it is in the nearby village of Kuznica formerly Kussfeld.

Although this area was taken over by the Germans in 1772, the Budzisz' were Polish. The Kashubes were considered a sub group of the Polish, basically inferior.

He was married at St. Stanislaus Church by Father Gorski and listed his occupation as laborer.

DEATH CERTIFICATE: Frances Budzisz Zieman died 10-23-1950 of my ocardialinsuff. due to myocarditis chr. and diabetes mellitus. She was buried in St. Adalbert's from Witkowiak Funeral home at 1656 S. 5thSt.
He husband was already dead. From her obit: Milwaukee Journal 10-24-1950 page 13 Sports/Classified section it said one brother and two sisters survived her. The furneral was at Tadych- Witkowski Funeral Home1656 S.5th St.. She was buried at St. Adalbert's and she died on a Monday.
