Ellinor was born April 7, 1914 to the late Daniel and Hannah Morgan Bixler in Girard.
She was a member of the Corner House Christian Church in Hubbard, and a former member of the Church Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her daughter, Sara "Sally" (James) Biermann of Greendale, Wis.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Volney Passmore, whom she married March 26, 1936 and died in November of 1983; and two brothers, Morgan and Howard Bixler.
Services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Blackstone Funeral Home where visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
