Patricia H. Beck, 72, of the town of Wayne, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2011, at Cedar Lake Health Care Center in the town of West Bend. She was born on June 25, 1939, in St. Kilian, the daughter of the late Alvin H. and Clara (Theusch) Wiesner, and on October 28, 1961, she was united in marriage to John Beck at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum. Patricia was employed by the West Bend Company in West Bend, retiring in 2004 after 43 years of service. She served as a union steward and was a member of the 25 Year Club. She was also a member of St. Kilian Catholic Church in St. Kilian. Patricia enjoyed bowling, playing sheepshead, bingo and keeping in touch with family and friends through Facebook. She will fondly be remembered for the enjoyment she received from gambling and visiting casinos. Patricia and John drove to Las Vegas many times with their pop-up camper. She will be deeply missed by her husband, her family and by all who knew her. Those Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 50 years, John; three children, Steve (Donna) Beck of Campbellsport, Sharon Phillips (fianc, Mike Smolinski) of Knowles and Bob (Teresa) Beck of Hartford; two brothers, Alvin A. (Frances) Wiesner, Jr. and Alois J. (Jan) Wiesner both of Brownsville; a sister, Linda Schaefer of Lomira; a brother-in-law, Manuel Batzler of Le Roy; 11 grandchildren, a great-grandson, other relatives, friends and her two cats, GiGi and Jeffrey. In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by a son, Tom Beck in 1974 and a sister, Donna Batzler. A Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at St. Kilian Catholic Church (N189 County Road W, Campbellsport (town of Ashford) in St. Kilian. Father Neil Zinthefer will officiate and cremation will follow. Burial of her cremains will be in St. Kilian Catholic Church Cemetery at a later date. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 3:00 p.m. until the time of Mass. The Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum has been entrusted with Patricias arrangements. Patricias family extends their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Eric Olafsson and the staff of St. Josephs Hospital and the Intensive Care Unit for the care provided to Patricia.
