John was a long-standing member of St. Charles Catholic Church. John is predeceased by his wife, Jane, his brother Philip G., infant brother James, and cousin Elizabeth Forrestal. He is survived by his children, John (Dallas), Louise (Raleigh), Ellen (Nashotah), and Julia (Minneapolis), 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, his brother Thomas (Chicago), and his cousin, Kathleen Forrestal (Milwaukee), and special friend, Rie Maves. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. The family wishes to thank the staff at LindenGrove, Waukesha, for their compassionate care.
