Entered into the fullness of Eternal Life on January 30, 2007 at the age of 94. Resident of Alexian Village, former resident of Fox Point. Beloved wife of the late Merl Sceales. Loving mother of Sarah (Tom) Mulcahy and Mary (Bill) Meyer. Devoted grandmother of Terry (Mo) Mulcahy, Bill (Jane) Mulcahy, Tom (Jennie) Mulcahy, Kelly (Jim) Kelly, Dan (Kate) Meyer, Mark Meyer, Andy (Robin) Meyer and John (Anjie) Meyer. She is further survived by 24 cherished great-grandchildren as well as other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Kelly. Peg was born in Baraboo Wisconsin on May 13, 1912. She was a 1934 graduate of UW Madison and was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority. Following her graduation from College she began a brief career as a social worker in Baraboo until she and her husband Merl moved to Milwaukee, at which time her primary focus became raising her family. She will forever be remembered as a gracious lady who embraced others with her warm and genuine smile. Most of all however, Peg treasured her family which always remained the center of her life. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2007, from 10:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit at Alexian Village of Milwaukee. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
