She was born Oct. 15, 1916, in the town of Rietbrock, daughter of the late August and Emily (Stencil) Urmanski. On June 5, 1934, she married John Myszka at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. He preceded her in death Feb. 15, 1984.
Helen was a homemaker.
Survivors include three children, John (Jacqueline) Myszka, Athens, Gordon (Bonnie) Myszka, Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Judy (Robert) Dahlke, Mosinee; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; two sisters, Marcella Heil and Bernadette (Leon Thomas) Stieber, all of Wausau; and nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, John, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and George Urmanski; and two sisters, Eleanor Drewek and Stella Sikorski.
The memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. The Rev. Charles Hiebl will preside. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services at the church.
