F i Living M ii Jason Butschlick was born on 25 Jan 1981 in West Bend, Wisconsin. He died on 9 Sep 2002 in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. He was buried on 12 Sep 2002 in Holy Trinity Catholic Church Cemetery, Kewaskum, Washington, Wisconsin.
Jason J. Butschlick, 21, of Kewaskum, entered eternal life on Monday, Sept. 9, 2002 at his home due to complications from his illness.
He was born on Jan. 25, 1981, in West Bend, the beloved son of Tony and Sue (Heisdorf) Butschlick, by whom he is survived.
Jason attended Holy Trinity Catholic School, was a 1999 graduate of Kewaskum High School and a 2001 graduate of Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac where he earned a degree in computer analysis.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum.
Jason was the cherished brother of Tim (Leeann) Butschlick of Kewaskum, Keith (Carmen) Butschlick of Fillmore, Brian (Nicki) Butschlick of Kewaskum and Tricia (Shawn) Czuppa of Belgium; the loving uncle of Sarah and Maya Rose Butschlick; dear grandson of Joseph Butschlick Jr. of Kewaskum, and is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Those who have gone before him include his maternal grandparents, John and Arcella Heisdorf Sr.; his paternal grandmother, Rose Butschlick; and his uncle, Richard "Dick" Heisdorf.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kewaskum, following a prayer service at 9:30 a.m. at the Miller Funeral Home, Kewaskum.

Walter F. Ohmann [Parents] was born on 1 Aug 1914 in West Bend, Wisconsin. He died on 25 Nov 2000 in Cedar Lake Health Care Center. He was buried on 28 Nov 2000 in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend. He married Living on 28 May 1938 in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Walter resided in 1935 in West Bend, Washington, Wisconsin. Walter F. Ohmann
Walter F. Ohmann, 86, of West Bend, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2000, at the Cedar Lake Health Care Center.
He was born Aug. 1, 1914, in West Bend to the late William and Ida (nee Unger) Ohmann, and married Ethyl Eggert in Kewaskum on May 28, 1938.
He worked at The West Bend Co. as a tool and die maker for 45 years, retiring in 1978.
Wally was a life-long member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, The West Bend Co. 25-Year Club, a 33-year member of the West Bend Fire Dept. and Rescue Squad, Washington County Senior Citizens and former member of the Wisconsin Campers Association Kettle Kampers and Kettle Trailblazers Snowmobile Club.
He also enjoyed his family and his longtime hobby of woodworking.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Jean (Willard) Goeden of St. Michaels, Sandra (Daniel) Berres and Kay (Fred) Bandle, both of West Bend; nine grandchildren, Wendi (Randy) Dreher, David (Sue) Goeden, Donald (Kelly) Goeden, Candi (Eric) Block, Nancy (Chad) Czuppa, Jenni (Nolan) Ciriacks, Cyndie (Keith) Borzick, Nick Berres and Jessica (fiance Ben Jacobson) Bobholz; 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Anna Lemcke of Tomahawk; a brother-in-law, Harold (Esther) Eggert of Kewaskum; other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were a grandson, Justin Bobholz, and two sisters, Emily Kasten and Frieda Zimdars.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 28, at 7 p.m. at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church.
Rev. Daniel Kelm will officiate and burial will be in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend.
Visitation at the church only will be Tuesday from 2 p.m. until the time of services.
Memorials to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church or the Cedar Lake Health Care Center are appreciated by the family.

Joseph E. Butschlick Jr., age 81, of Kewaskum, passed away on Friday, Jan. 16, 2004 at Cedar Community in West Bend.
He was born on Nov. 10, 1922 in Campbellsport, the son of the late Joseph and Katie (Berg) Butschlick Sr., and on June 24, 1944, he was united in marriage to Rose Bassill at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Campbellsport. His wife preceded him in death on Aug. 25, 2002.
Joe was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum, Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus Father Casper Rehrl Council #1964 West Bend and the Campbellsport Senior Citizens.
Survivors include three children, John (Debbie) Butschlick of West Bend, Tony (Sue) Butschlick of Kewaskum and Marie Kirtley of Albuquerque, NM; eight grandchildren, Tim (Leeann) Butschlick, Keith (Carmen) Butschlick, Tricia (Shawn) Czuppa, Brian (Nicki) Butschlick, Renee Butschlick, Jamie (Amanda) Butschlick, Jennifer (Herman) Johnson and Kevin Kirtley; seven great-grandchildren, Sarah, Maya Rose, Jenna J. and Quintin James Butschlick, Austin and Hannah Johnson and Jacee Jo Czuppa; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Florian and Roman Butschlick; his stepmother, Mary Butschlick and a grandson, Jason Butschlick.
Joe was a gentle, caring man who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Rose Butschlick, 80, of Kewas-kum, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2002, at her home.
She was born on May 6, 1922 in Campbellsport, to the late Joseph and Gertrude (Serwe) Bassil, and on June 24, 1944, married Joseph Butschlick Jr. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Campellsport.
Mrs. Butschlick was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum and the Christian Women. She was employed by Regal Ware Inc. in Kewaskum for 21 years.
Survivors include her loving husband, Joseph; three children, John (Debbie) of West Bend, Tony (Sue) of Kewaskum and Marie Kirtley of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother, Norbert (Joan) Bassil of Campbellsport; nine grandchildren, Tim (Leeann) Butschlick, Keith (Carmen) Butschlick, Tricia (Shawn) Czuppa, Brian (Nicki) Butschlick, Jason Butschlick, Renee Butschlick, Jamie (Amanda) Butschlick, Jennifer (Herman) Johnson and Kevin Kirtley; four great-grandchildren, Sarah and Maya Rose Butschlick, Austin and Hannah Johnson; other relatives and many friends.
Preceding her in death were a brother, Sylvester, and two sisters, Veronica May and Gertrude Emmer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kewaskum.
Father Mark Jones will officiate, and burial will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of services.
